I had the privilege of being a key member of the team responsible for implementing these standards, contributing to the successful certification of Access International.
ISO 27001 is the leading standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It provides a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information, ensuring it remains secure through rigorous risk management processes. My role in this initiative involved working closely with our security and IT teams to identify potential vulnerabilities, establish robust security protocols, and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of our information security practices.
Simultaneously, we pursued ISO 9001 certification, which focuses on quality management systems (QMS). This standard emphasizes customer satisfaction, process improvement, and operational excellence. My contributions to this certification process included helping to streamline our workflows, optimize our service delivery, and implement a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Achieving these certifications is a testament to Access International’s dedication to maintaining the highest levels of security and quality. It reflects our ongoing efforts to protect our clients’ data, deliver exceptional services, and operate with efficiency and transparency.
